I picked this up mainly because the ingredient list looked clean and wasn’t packed with a bunch of random fillers, which I’m tired of having to dig through with products like this. It feels like good quality overall, and I’m happy with it. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I’d really like a little more transparency about where some of the ingredients are sourced from. Still a solid product though.

My snap judgment after the first day was, not great because I felt a little gassy and had some mild cramps. But I stuck with it for a few weeks, and my stomach did seem calmer after meals. I noticed less bloating most days, which was a nice change. It wasn’t perfect, especially at the beginning, but once things settled down, it ended up being decent for me.

Checkout went through okay. No big issue there. Just felt a bit clunky. I had to check my details twice, which was annoying. The account section wasn’t super clear either. Took me a minute to find my order info. Not awful. Just needs to be smoother.

I ended up returning my order and expected it to be more of a hassle, but the refund came through really quickly. The whole thing was super easy. Weirdly, I remember the return label printed a little crooked on the page, but it scanned fine and everything went smoothly.

I’ve tried this a few times now, the taste isn’t bad. I can definitely drink it, so I’ll give it that. But there’s a bit of an aftertaste that I’m not crazy about, and I wouldn’t say I’m ever excited to have it. It’s fine overall, just not something I’d probably go out of my way for.

Just a quick warning for anyone who struggles with staying consistent, this made it way easier for me to keep on track than I expected. I felt more organized and less like I was constantly falling behind.

I like these because they’re easy and don’t ask for a bunch of random ingredients I’ve never heard of. Just simple stuff I can throw together when the day’s already been a lot...

I signed up for glucosegoddess.com and, i was ready to blame them if the subscription page got sneaky like some sites do. But it was actually really clear about what I was paying and when it would renew, so I didn’t feel like they were trying to pull anything.
I checked my account afterward too, because I don’t really trust billing pages on autopilot anymore. The info was easy to find, and I didn’t see any random extras, hidden charges, or tiny-print nonsense that would’ve annoyed me.
I even cancelled and restarted once, and that worked exactly the way it said it would. If something had gone sideways, I’d definitely put that on them, but in this case it was simple and fair, which is all I really ask.
